If you haven’t already,
please sign up for
Remind. Information
about Remind is in
the blue folder sent
home at Meet the Teacher.
This is a neat program
where I can reach all
of you at one time to
make an announcement
or send out a reminder.
Instructions are below.
If you are having trouble,
please let me know and
I can add you to the group.
Our lunch time is
earlier in the
day this year
which means your
child may be hungry
before it is time to
leave for the day.
Each day after
specials, we will
have a snack time.
Please send a small
snack to school
each day for your child
to eat during this time.
Some snack ideas include:
grapes, animal crackers,
goldfish, carrots, chips,
etc.
Your child may also
bring a bottle of water
to school to drink during
the day.

Welcome! I am very excited for a new school year.
In less than a week, I will meet my new students and their families. Meet the teacher is Thursday, October 20th, from 4-5 PM. Please bring school supplies with you on this day so that they will be ready and sorted before the first day of school. The first day of school is Monday, August 24th. You may come into the school on this day with your child to help get them settled. Our school day begins at 8:00.
The first week of school we will be focusing on learning the rules and procedures of how school works. We will be learning how to be a Champ! You might hear the word “Champ” from your child. We discuss each day how to be a Champ. It is just our way of teaching rules, expectations, and social skills. Our main goal for the first week of school is to create a community of learners and build relationships so that our year together will be successful.
I am looking forward to a great year with you and your child!
